Many thanks for your review.
We will pass your comments on to our Installation Team regarding the disposing of the packages after the installation has completed.
However, it should have been highlighted to you before install occurred that the disposal of the packaging and boxes once the install was complete is not part of the service.
Due to the limited space in our vehicles and that we install “nationwide” we don’t have access to local waste disposal centres near to where the installation happens.
The majority of our customers are happy for the disposal of the boxes via there own household waste collection services provided by there local council.
However we will mention to our Installation Team to make it clear to customers before the installation commences that it is explained to the customer accordingly so there is no confusion.
We do hope though your are happy with your Lifetime Shed.

Good product, but get your own installers.
