Shed Base Options for OutSunny Metal Sheds
All OutSunny Metal Sheds are advised to be Installed on a hard standing surface base area. A damp proof membrane (plastic sheet material) should be placed prior to installing your shed/base to limit condensation.
1. Existing Concrete Base or Slabbed Surface
All sheds should be anchored to a flat and level concrete surface with a damp proof membrane (not supplied).
All sheds must be anchored to the concrete base. Anchor Screws are available to purchase at an additional charge.
2. Timber Floor Option (Installation only option)
A Timber Floor Kit consists of a pressure treated timber base frame and pre-cut boards. The base frame is placed on top of the damp proof membrane (not supplied).
The boards then complete the base, also providing a timber floor for the shed. A Timber Floor Kit can be supplied at an additional charge and our installers will build it accordingly.
Timber Floors are NOT available for customers who don’t take out our installation service.
3. EcoBase Fastfit Base Kit (Installation only option)
A EcoBase Fastfit Base Kit consists of strong, recycled plastic grids that click together and supplied with a sheet of weed resistant membrane.
The shed is then anchored to the base kit.
Rainwater drains through the grid cavities keeping the floor grid and ventilated.
ECOBASE FastFit Base Kits are NOT available for customers who don’t take out our installation service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver this product range to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated (such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) , due to carrier restrictions.
Delivery Period
Delivery will typically be made within 5-10 working days (1-2 weeks) but may be extended during busy times of the year. For larger products, the carrier will call and book in a convenient delivery date.
Please that this lead time will be extended by a further 5 working days for the following postcodes: AB, BA, BH, BS, DD, DT, EX, FK, HS, IV, KW, KY, PA, PH, PL, SA, SY, TA, TR, TQ, ZE and the off shore part of KA.
All products are delivered in a boxed, flat packed, sectional format, from the manufacturer to your home and are supplied with full instructions, ready for DIY assembly.

The following additional clauses are applicable to any Glendale product that is purchased:
In accordance with your rights to a “cooling off period” under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you can cancel your order and return the goods at any time until 14 days after you receive the goods and we will refund any payment made by you to us for the goods. Any goods returned must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
The item must be unopened and in its original condition. If the products arrive back damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, we will not issue a refund or deductions may be made upon inspection. Once the product has been returned and inspected will then issue the refund less any deductions if necessary.
Any items that need to be collected and not returned by the customer will incur a collection charge fee.
If you want to cancel your order you must notify SHEDMASTER before returning any items.
Our gazebos are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
The manufacturers warranty does not cover damage caused to its products by adverse weather, wind, rain, snow or other forces of nature, accidents, improper assembly or dis-assembly or adjustment during set-up or take down, or any abuse, misuse or neglect by the user.
The gazebos are not permanent structures and should not be left unattended for prolonged periods of time. We do not advise you assemble or disassembled your gazebo during adverse windy weather conditions. Damage caused by incorrect use or incorrect anchoring of gazebos in severe weather or through improper use is NOT covered by the warranty.

All our products are supplied and delivered pre-packed for self assembly. We do offer a Professional Installation service details can be found below. An additional charge is shown should you require this service.
Our installation service rates are applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.

Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is typically within 10 – 15 working days (2-3 weeks) from order.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
