Delivery Information For Your Orders
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product shown in the delivery information tab.
Lead times for standard services may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer, however we always work hard to keep delays to a minimum.
Our customers can also benefit from Free UK Delivery* to most parts of the UK. A delivery scheduler will be in contact you to advise you of a suitable delivery date nearer to its despatch. If you have not been contacted by our delivery team within 15 working days after you have placed your order please email us.
Please note for all our products we will always contact you by phone prior to delivery to make sure you are happy with the delivery date proposed. We will not just turn up unannounced.
How will my goods be delivered?
Please be advised delivery is kerb side delivery only. It is at the discretion of the driver if they are able to drop the garden building to a different location. If you have any special requirements or believe access to your address may be difficult for our delivery driver please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery is between the hours of 6am – 8pm Mon-Sun. It is possible to request a call an hour prior to delivery but this is subject to the driver having a mobile and cannot be a guaranteed service.
If you are going to be out on the day of delivery, it is possible for the item to be left somewhere (for example down the side of a house) but at your own risk. To do this you must leave a signed note detailing your instructions in a clear location for the driver to see. It is important that you sign the instructions as this will be taken by the courier as proof of delivery. We are unable to specify a delivery time during the day of delivery.
Please note your card is debited at checkout. This is to protect you the customer as we do not store your credit card details. We will contact you if a surcharge is applicable and at that point you can chose to accept the charge or cancel the order and we will make a full refund to your card.
Are All Deliveries Free?
*Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout.
In each product it has detailed information regarding any applicable surcharges for delivery. Certain areas are charged for delivery subject to carrier restrictions and manufacturers.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey and Republic of Ireland customers
We don’t deliver to the following areas due to restrictions with our couriers Republic of Ireland / Northern Ireland / Isle of Man / Isle of Wight / Guernsey / Jersey / Channel Islands /Off Shore Scottish Islands. Orders to UK mainland are not affected.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted and insured to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering
