This charming Shire Timber 6’x 4′ Bunny Childrens Playhouse with Platform and Slide will look great in any garden or patio and will make a wonderful gift for years to come.
The addition of a raised platform adds plenty more fun and excitement to this classic and popular den, while the full-length piano hinge on the door prevents fingers being trapped and the windows are glazed with Perspex for added safety. It comes supplied in a dip-treated basecoat that can be painted any colour you like upon installation (paint not supplied) – perfect for personalising to suit your youngsters.
Constructed from 12mm smooth planed shiplap tongue and groove cladding, the beautiful finish creates an inviting and tactile space. The floor is hardwearing 11mm OSB board ready for many years of play, whilst the reverse apex roof comprises of 11mm OSB board finished with felt.
Light and airy, the playhouse benefits from a half-glazed Georgian door and a matching opening window. All glazing is shatterproof for safety. The door is completed by a cottage-style ring latch. Further attention to detail is shown in the barge boards, finial and vent.

Base Requirements
All Shire Timber Sheds and Playhouses are advised to be Installed upon a hard standing surface base area such as concrete or slabbed paving. The base must be flat and level.
A damp proof membrane (plastic sheet material) should be placed prior to installing your shed/base to limit condensation.
You must ensure that this garden building is assembled strictly in accordance with the assembly instructions that are provided and is installed on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. Suitable bases include a pre-existing concrete base or slabbed paving for the shed to be anchored upon. The garden building should be treated shortly after assembly, both externally and internally, with a good quality wood preserver and treated with a water-resistant treatment. Treatment should be reapplied annually to prolong the life of your building. All glazing units must be sealed, inside and out with silicone or other watertight solution of your choice (not supplied). You will need a firm and level base for the shed to go on. The shed comes with a T&G floor with floor joists on the underside to lift the building off the ground, but you will still need something firm and level for it to go on. This can be concrete, paving slabs, timber bearers or any other suitable firm and level base. If you have any questions on bases then please get in touch. Some silicone around the windows on the outside would also be beneficial.
THIS SHED IS SUPPLIED WITH A FLOOR ONLY! This is NOT an ALTERNATIVE TO A BASE. This shed will require a suitable pre-existing base such as concrete or slabbed paving for it to be anchored down too. Suitable bases include slabbed paving / concrete slabs for the shed to be anchored down too!
