The Pro-Tect Timber 10’x8′ Lean To Pent Shiplap Shed (Window or Windowless) is a popular variation of the classic styled pent shed, with the door in the gable end.
The shed completes complete with 12mm finished shiplap tongue and groove cladding. Also manufactured with the shed is a lock and key as standard for added security.
Benefits of our Lean-To sheds are the extra high eaves, allowing maximum storage to be achieved in the minimum of space. Added with this is the rounded and finished framework (28x44mm) giving strength and a quality finish to this Lean To Pent Shed.
The Shed comes treated with a Burnt Orange water based preservative for effective protection and increased longevity, keeping it looking lovely for longer.
The single door is braced and comes with a lock and key security system.
With an excellent storage capacity, the Shed provides a convenient space to store tools, bicycles, gardening equipment, barbecues, deckchairs, children’s toys, lawnmowers, sports equipment and anything else you wish to keep protected from the elements.
The shed comes with a 10 Year Limited Manufacturer’s Guarantee as standard.

Shed Base Preparation
You must ensure that this garden building is assembled strictly in accordance with the assembly instructions that are provided and is installed on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. Suitables bases include a pre-existing concrete base or slabbed paving for the shed to be anchored upon. The garden building should be treated shortly after assembly, both externally and internally, with a good quality wood preserver and treated with a water-resistant treatment. Treatment should be reapplied annually to prolong the life of your building. All glazing units must be sealed, inside and out with silicone or other watertight solution of your choice (not supplied). Images and photos of products are provided for illustrative purposes only. Please note that product colours can vary slightly due to the digital photography process and variations in individual user monitor settings.
You will need a firm and level base for the shed to go on. The shed comes with a T&G floor with floor joists on the underside to lift the building off the ground, but you will still need something firm and level for it to go on. This can be concrete, paving slabs, timber bearers or any other suitable firm and level base. If you have any questions on bases then please get in touch. Some silicone around the windows on the outside would also be beneficial.
THIS SHED IS SUPPLIED WITH A FLOOR ONLY! This is NOT an ALTERNATIVE TO A BASE. This shed will require a suitable pre-existing base such as concrete or slabbed paving for it to be anchored down too. Suitable bases include slabbed paving / concerete slabs for the shed to be anchored down too!

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer delivery to all UK postcodes and there are certain areas for which you will need to call us to check on the availability of delivery. Please check the delivery information tab BEFORE placing your order.
The shed will arrive on a pallet delivered by our trusted courier. It will be delivered on an 18ton vehicle and a tail lift / pallet truck will unload the pallet. If there are any access problems for an 18ton vehicle (similar to the size of a bin wagon) then please advise us when placing the order so we are able to make alternative arrangements.

Installation Service (Optional Chargeable Upgrade)
All our products are supplied and delivered pre-packed for self assembly. We do offer a Professional Installation service details can be found below. An additional charge is shown should you require this service.
Our installation service rates are applicable to Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh, but not above.
We can install in the following Scottish postcodes: PA, KY, DD, PH, AB, IV and KW, but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
We can install in the following Devon and Cornwall postcodes: TR, PL, TQ but please note that a installation surcharge will apply, please call us for a quote.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer installations to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or any other offshore island not stated (such as the Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) , due to carrier restrictions.
Products ordered with an installation service will first be delivered to your delivery address within the estimated timeframe stated above. Once delivery has been confirmed, the installation team shall then arrange to attend to your property in order to install the structure for you.
The current lead time for installation, following successful delivery is within 15 – 20 working days.
Note that this will lead to the product needing to be temporarily stored at your property after it has been delivered and checked over until the date the installation occurs. We recommend the product to be stored in a safe and dry place such as in a garage, shed, or similar during this interlude period.
